LATEST INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

What happens if we go back into lockdown:

If the Government restrictions mean you are unable to come, we will offer you the choice of re-booking (subject to availability) or requesting a refund of any monies already paid to us.

For existing bookings, as well as new bookings if they are subsequently affected, we are waiving any admin fee involved in rebooking your stay. We would ask that you email us with your preferred new dates and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Please note if there is a price increase due to the time of year, this will need to be paid at the time of changing your dates.

For any stays booked through Canopy + Stars please contact them directly.

What happens if I want to cancel my stay?

Please note that if you choose to cancel your stay for any other reason our usual T+C’s will apply.

What changes have been made at The Nest to protect guests from Coronovirus?

  • We are operating a self-check-in service whereby guests will be emailed all information regarding Check-In and use of their Lodge.

  • To adhere to Government guidelines Check-In is from 5-7pm and Check-Out at 9.30am.

  • We are taking extra cleaning precautions, using medical grade products and our staff are wearing protective clothing whilst cleaning.

  • We have reduced the amount of kitchen utensils in order to make sure everything can be properly cleaned in between stays.

  • We will not be able to offer any board games, welcome booklets or perishable foods (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee and sugar) to guests this year.

  • We have sadly had to cancel any farm safaris, fishing lessons and boating for the moment to minimise social contact, HOWEVER, we are now offering outdoor fire pit and movie night experiences as well as Seafood Sundowners (subject to availability and an extra cost).

We are so grateful for your understanding and support during this time!
